Ice, Ice Baby

Well, guess who's not the happiest bunny in the burrow. Me. Why? I hear you ask. Well, because my dear (non existant) readers, after all my efforts to remain in an upright posistion whilst outside in this awful weather, I was flung to the ground in a heap yesterday whilst walking home from the bus stop after slipping on some of the dreaded ice.

Well, to put it correctly I wasn't exactly "torno a casa" yesterday, but more popping back inside because I was freezing my toes off waiting for the bus which wasn't dues for another 20 minutes. So seeing as my house is only 30 seconds away I thought I'd just pop back and grab my headphones.





Headphones are so not worth the pain of slipping onto your buttocks, no matter how plump it is after all those mince pies. Plus I sat there in shock for about 5 seconds while the icey cold water soaked into my jeans, before getting up and taking the walk of shame back up through my close to my house.

So then I get changed, get back out just in time to get the bus, change buses in town, get off the bus at college only to nearly slip over again TWICE on my way into college in front of all my peers! I started slipping around all over the place, waving my arms in the air and clutching at the railings next to me. Not a good look.

So yeah, yesterday was certainly not a great success. Let's just hope the weekend gets better...
